Got in 10km on an indoor track today. Just couldn't face the cold.

I got in 18 km this morning. Good thing it was early as it heated up!

Dang hot today! Started early for 15km and was still soaked with sweat by the end.

Was teetering on skipping running but the received an email of a group doing a trail 6km. Made it there just in time.

I need a new visor ... Any recommendation as to which one?? My current under armor visor needs to be retired.

Did 16km+ today. The first 12 with my boy . His longest run ever! Came home to the stray cat calling our deck home having kittens. Full day!
