Attempted to run this morning...got 2kms before started getting knee pain and had to walk. I currently run in the Progrid triumph 9, and have another pair ready to go new in the box. I have a wider foot (not excessively) and have found the regular width of these shoes to fit well on my foot. I did have to go a half size bigger than my previous Asics gel cumulus. We've had this discussion a few times before and I don't think anyone has mentioned this: would it be feasible if you're running the same route and always being chased by the same dog, to talk to the owners and find out what commands you can use with it to get it to stop chasing you? It's a differe...

Got chased by another dog..German Shepard this time.....if this keeps happening I'm going to have to invest in some bear spray...I really don't want to have to spray a dog though :( This is a bad situation as I live in the country and most of these dogs are farm dogs that...
