I think these pics say it all:

Aidan loved the tri-suit and we are signing him up for another event in July and one in August. I think he's hooked.
We are calling him CdnTriBoy now

Where to buy kids tri-suit in Southern Ontario?
My 11 year old son's first tri is this Saturday. He was so excited that we decided to order a one-piece tri suit from MSC about 5 weeks ago so that it would come in time for him to try out. Due to numerous shipping delays, we won't be getting it. So the best thing that we can get him for this Saturd...

Re: supperworks?
I've just started going to Supperworks - (2 months). It's very helpful because my daughter is vegetarian and my son and I are not. There are some meals that I can make both ways - there was curry with chickpeas or chicken. The pumpkin and wild rice wraps are yummie. Yesterday we had gnocci with a ve...

My baby is going to do his first triathlon...
Ok, well he's almost 11, but he is still my baby. After two years of trying to get my kids to run with me without success, I finally found something that has gotten my son interested. He's signed up for his first triathlon in June and is so excited to have a training plan (and new Saucony running sh...

My Olympic Torch run is tomorrow (Sunday)
It's been a busy, crazy week doing newspaper and radio interviews and I can't wait to actually go out and run with the torch. My "uniform" has been tailored and ironed. Not sure what I'm wearing under it yet - will need to see what the weather is going to be like. I'm sure that I won't be ...

Congrats on a fantastic run with the torch. I was very excited for my run prior to reading your report and now I am so excited I can barely work. Great video - I'm sending it to my family to show them what it's going to be like.

I haven't gotten my gear or exact time/location - but hopefully it will show up soon. I'm glad they included "cheer gear". I wasn't sure if I was going to buy my torch until I watched the start of the relay. Now I want it for sure! Members of my family have offered to buy it for me.
