Sudden onset of right side pain

So I've found lately that I'm getting some pain on my right side, mostly in the glute and lower back.  I've also noticed that after about 35 mins or so my right foot is starting to go numb. I've tried loosening the laces on that shoe to no avail. I'm thinking that maybe my shoes are to small. I'm in...

Re: 9 run Saturday

12k done this morning.
A funny thing happened in London today, haven't seen anything like it in over a week. There was this big yellow ball in the sky... Very strange but I'm not complaining

Re: A new respect for this running thing.

I suppose dressing warmer would help, but it's the running into the strong wind that I find the worst. I'll just have to find all those down wind routes in London haha

Re: Shoe help!?

Thanks for all the help. In London there is both a running room and a runners choice, as it turns out the girlfriend just told me were going to both today. (she wants new stuff too, but she doesn't get a gift card, haha). I'll definatly see how both places go and keep you all updated. Thanks again!

Hello all

Just a little about me and unorthodox and sudden interest in running. I live in London and I'll admit I'm by  no means in good shape, I smoke, I party and used to hate running, but, I'd like to have a more active lifestyle. It's been years since I've played any sports and I used to play hockey 3-4 t...
