Good afternoon from Sault Ste. Marie.....home of the (to be after tonights game)....OHL league champions, finishing first overall !!!.....I haven't been on for awhile but I am running in my second half marathon in May in Traverse City Michigan....Bayshore TCTC......Is anyone else running ??

First I would like to say that we all know running is a mental game...I had a great 63 min run as I am gearing up for a 10k next month and my first Half M in June....Todays run started out great....I was in the "zone" within 5 min...I have also started to read a book called DMT The Spirit ...

Here in the Soo....it was nice.. -5 or so (didn't check)....but felt warm....I ran a different route of 9km....felt good....snow was a bit mushy but all was good...............feeling great......

Wow what a thread....!!...very good insight on other runners....I've actually started listening to Avenged Sevenfold while running.....heard Hail to the King on the radio at work too much lately and wanted to learn it on guitar and stumbled upon their other stuff.....!!

I usually listen to Journey, Van Halen, Tesla..maybe a Kenny Chesney tune when I run....Today, I wanted to learn a Metallica song on guitar so I wanted to listen to it while I run and think about the different sequences, riffs , solos etc.....Well I listened to the whole album Kill em All.....!!!......

I never thought I would run in the cold weather until now..i run every other day....45 min....-20 is about the average lately....I dress warm, and the only thing exposed is my face and other than a bit of a chill at the beginning, it's all good... I pace myself and breath short breaths through my mo...

had a nice 8 km run this am...-25...no wind...snow packed roads...crisp air....38 min...now I can tackle the day.....Have a great day everybody !

gonna push for 8-10k in the am before work tomorrow...it's cold here but I dress warm and never have an issue...I run when it's still dark...5 am ....the solitude is so beautiful and looking up at the moon and stars, really puts things in perspective.....I hope every has a good run.

I am a fit 42 year old male....I run consistently by have belly fat and I hate it....it's not much, but enough that I hate....I need some advice on maybe a good starting point for a diet that makes me feel full, but is not just fruits and veggies....
