Re: Best running magazine

I have the subscription for Runner's World and I buy the other magazines as well. Running Times is my favourite because I think they have the best articles. The downside is that they are more expensive to subscribe. uh-oh https://www.facebook.com/RunningTimesMagazine/" onclick="window.open(this.hre...

The moon was still up. As usual when I run. Hoping not too step on some dog poop.

It was a good run. Didn't forget to put on extra layer this time. :)

Good run today. I was under dressed but was alright after all.

My 5K personal best is improving. I feel that I could be faster though.

Re: Sunny Sunday

Ran better today and test run a new pair of Hokas.

Close to perfect shoes! The traction could have been better. Other than that, great shoes for both trails and road. Very light and love the cushion. Looks amazing as well!

I give her 4.5 out of 5

Winter Traction

Have you guys tried a traction spike / screw? Which one would you recommend? I'm hoping to buy one tomorrow.

thanks,

Nov. 1st

Great run this wet morning. Discovered a new trail.

Only bad thing is that my laces came off on my Asics. Now I know that these shoes are for short distances only.

I think it really depends upon your goals. I found mine on http://www.run100s.com/ but you might be looking for something different. :)

Great thanks for the link. I might find someone there.

Re: Hoka Shoes

I love my Hokas! I have a Stinson Tarmac and Mafate Speed. I like using them for longer runs.

I'm a Hoka and Newton guy. I wish there are shoes that has lots of cushions and fast at the same time.

I walk for the first two minutes before I start running. I only walk after that when I feel the need for it.
