Great report. Congrats on the PB! I saw those delicious donuts but my hands were full with the blanket, banana and yogurt. It was definitely a great day for a race on a beautiful course. Would highly recommend it.

Great job and great report, Andy! Sad to have missed the Army Run this year and the new course. 32K was on schedule and needed to get it done for confidence for 10-10-10 in Victoria.

Thanks Half-Mary for your input. Ran 31K today (schedule called for 29K) with slight ache after the run. Glad it was done and feel more confident due to some quicker pace kms. Icing after each run.
