Well, 2 weeks ago while playing indoor soccer, I pulled somthing in my hip area...it hurt whenever I climbed stairs or kicked a ball...I thought it was better...until 2 minutes ago when I ran up the stairs to get the phone...ouch! The 220 minus age for me is way off... According to that my MHR is 185, but when sprinting up hills or full exertion my Garmin reads 201-206 as a max. Well, I just missed out on my "goal" of 5k in under 30, but I did have a pb of 5.3k 30:31, 6:04 pace! Prior to today I was at 6:30 to 7:00 pace for an average 5k run. Plus, I am down from 270lbs a little more than a year ago to under 235lb (234.75 :roll: ) ....If I hadn't stopped to tie my damn shoe...
