Apparently I'm not the only one off to a rough start this morning!

I LOVE sleeping in!!! I get up at 6:00 during the week for work but on the weekends if I don't set my alarm I have been known to sleep in until after 1:00 in the afternoon. I also don't have kids so I am truly enjoying my sleeping in while I can!!!

I have tendonitis and bursitis in both shoulders and I find that icing after a workout really helps calm my muscles down. Once in a while I'll put heat on them to help the blood flow but I only do it at night or if its really cold and I can feel my muscles start to tighten up. And an Advil or two on...
