A better run today than yesterday. 6km beach loop done this morning and the weather was lovely. Most of the rest of the day has been spent getting ready for a kayak trip next weekend. First of the season so there's loads to think about and prepare!

18km in 1:25 with Pup this morning. Coming of last weekend's B2B, feeling pretty good.... I'm envious - I'd love to have a pup to run with (not to mention be able to run 18km lol) Not such nice weather here. When will spring arrive??? I haven't been on her for AGES!! Just too much going on since Christmas but things are calming down now thank goodness.

No run for me today but I got a few good hours of skiing in this morning before the rain came on

A busy weekend ahead finishing up packing and moving the contents of my mother's apartment (she's waiting in hospital for a nursing home spot). I'm hoping I have time to run tomorrow though.

Ran 5 km after work. Skiing tomorrow. I've heard spring-like conditions are starting- I don't want winter to end

Cold and windy here today so kind of glad it wasn't a run day for me. Pilates after work was good.

Ran after work today - across the bridge to Hali and back. The air was fresh - about 2 degrees. It was so nice to get outside and run

Went to Pilates after work. This was my third class. I really like it
I'm hoping the sidewalks are not so icy tomorrow so I can run.

I ran a bit over 6km round the lake after work. It was nice to finish and it still light out Legs were tired though - and I have achy glutes from a workout I did yesterday

Ugh! definitely couldn't do it!

Back from a week of skiing and had a nice 6km run yesterday but today my body's tired and the weather is yucky with rain and snow and wind, so I'm taking a rest day. Will do some upper body work later.

Would have been nice to run after work today because the temperature was -2 but I went to pilates instead. Second class - I really like pilates

Run done - cold but no wind so it was nice. The wind's coming up now so I'm glad I got it done early.

I am contemplating buying a treadmill since Sears has such a good sale on. I'm just not sure I would use one enough though

Haven't run since Tuesday. But I had my (first ever) pilates class on Wed and today I skied. The drive home to the city was slow and in the snow, and then the drive home 2 hours later was slow and in the pouring rain. Needless to say there was an accident and the main road was closed so took me ages...

I ran after work yesterday and will do the same today.

Plan is to run after work today. It's our chilliest day yet I think at, -11

7.5 km done first thing this morning. It was a lovely run. Perfect temp, no wind, and the sun even came out about half way.
Then a bunch of errands done, so I'm just settling in for the rest of the day and night
