Saturday's run was a tough slog. I got out for my run by 8am. It was 25, with the humidity making it feel like it was 34. It was like running in a sauna. My total was 8.21km in 1:00:05.

Yep, I didn't sleep last night, so I went for a run 45 minutes before I would normally (try) to wake up. 5.58 km in 38:58 at 5 a.m.

So yesterday (Friday, Day 9) became a rest day after donating blood. I was just wiped out and couldn't work up the energy to do anything.

Today I started Power 90. I did the circuit training level 1-2, about 28 minutes of resistance activities (weights, pushups, dips, lunges, and squats, and stretching). Followed up with 48 minutes on the recumbent bike, 12.5 miles, while watching Breaking Bad.
