I put 6 oz of gatorade in it and that was good enough. When I hit 12 miles I...

I used to run in school, but that was a long time ago (I'm 44). I started running again last summer, around July/08. Since then I've run 3 5k's, 1 10K and I ran my first 10 miler yesterday. I've been training for my first half marathon which will be in Subury on May 3.

Angus Glen Spring 10 Miler

I ran this race today and finished in 1:37 (171 out of 327). It was a great race, my first at this distance. It was at the Angus Glen Golf Course. We could not have had better weather, especially since yesterday was freezing and tomorrow they are forecasting snow. The day started at 1 celcius and wa...

I've been running again for just under a year, having not run since I was in school (I'm 44). I'm training for my first 1/2 marathon and I'm currently running 3 days a week. I may go to the gym for a 20/20/20 class on a 4th day. My days start at 5:00 am and I get home at 6:00 pm, plus I have a 5 1/2...
