Las Vegas escape vacation, any good place to run?

Hi,

I just booked a vacation to Fabulous Las Vegas, I'd like to find a good place to run trails, loop etc. Anyone ever been there and want to share your experience(s)?

I looked online and saw Red Rock looks like a good spot.

That sound great! Unfortunately my big race this year is Haliburton Forest Sat. Sept 12, 2009. If you can get "Ultra Ark Run" on those list I think it could help for exposure a facebook page etc....: http://ultrasignup.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://www.ultrarun...

Re: Sunday, Dec 6. 20 years later.

The Ski Marathon is coming fast, we need to stay in shape. I haven't committed to that 160 km ski over 2 days yet, but thanks for the reminder. Don't forget about Mad Trapper coming up which you need to redeem yourself at, as well as Winterlude Triathlon where all the good looking people will be. H...

Re: Sunday, Dec 6. 20 years later.

Saturday had 13.7k on the tm with 11.3k at 7.8 (4:47/km). Better than the last installment but efficiency (non-clunkiness in particular) still not where I'd like. Today, opted for a 14.5k short mostly uphill LSD on the tm with 515m ascent (must be accustomed to extended uphills for this): 1 mi flat...
