Your report was a very interesting read. You have moved into new territory judging your race by how well you felt about your effort vs your time. It makes running a ton more fun when the focus isn’t purely on the clock. Congratulations on a very successful Marathon.

Toad is special for sure and as you pointed out we had some pretty darn favorable weather this year.

Wow , he smashed the record...huge! One thing that impressed me was the support he had from his family , friends and the folks in the running community. Its truly a monumental effort by all.

Great report Ken , it reminded me of the Paris Marathon I did in April. I know where you are coming from in regards to the Expo ... a cool spectacle to get a shirt at but that's about it. Congratulations on your tough fun day.
