C-Moss wanted me to "bump" this thread to remind everyone that although she's in her Senior Years her B&B is still open. This year she had the delightful honour of hosting some new guests she'd never met. She had Blanken and two of his friends stay for K-Town Tri. Delightful triathlete...

PEC marathon today! What a beautiful course and race...would have been perfect except for that nasty old headwind in the first half...sucked the life out of me. Track workout.
2km warmup
8X 200 metre fast with 200 metre recovery
Stretching/core workout at the end.
Fortunate to have an excellent coach doing these workouts for free courtesy of the RR...Kevin is a sponsored athlete with them.

Slowly getting my passion back.
Second track workout this evening....200 metre fast/200 metre recovery...for 30 minutes.
Then a core workout.
