When I briefly took some lessons with Tri Manitoba, the coach was surprised that I was a good kicker. He said most runners suck at that. So hey, don't feel bad, you're a runner silly!

Edited to add: my good kicking was probably an indication of how much of a bad runner I am, ha!

The year I got off the Running Room program and got a coach. Unfortunately, I didn't take all of his advice and ended up injured. Go figure. But in my B race I shed about 20 minutes off my half time. It was sweet.
