Great 14.2km this morning, mostly on trails. Love this time of year when the sun is up so early.

Nothing like Sunday's run. Just a few, but easy to scoot around.

Best run for what you are asking is from P7 (Kingsmere) to Champlain Lookout and back. Quite runnable in road shoes. If you want to go longer you can continue on Trail 1.

MikeM, there are always the trails off 2nd line too you can run on. I have gotten in a couple of 2.5-3 hrs snowshoe runs there this winter. Finally tried those this morning.
