16 km long run today - happy to be back home and reunited with my running buddy.

8 km this morning with both kids in the double - my longest stroller run in quite a while! Spotted along the canal - giant snapping turtle, HUGE ass fish, baby wood ducks.

18 km total of run commuting today to avoid the road closures and traffic snarls caused by the Three Amigos visit in Ottawa. Managed to get my daughter back from camp before they closed the bridge for the motorcade - thankful I took the stroller instead of driving!

7 km and change run commute times two. Warm but not nearly as humid as yesterday!

I ran to work this morning and it was super super humid after the rain we had.

accidental double run day - got caught in the elevator on my way to the bus, missed my bus, tempo ran home to get there in time for day care pick-up - and DH went to get the kid. Good workout either way! And boot camp tonight. Tired!

warm this morning already - i did about 4 miles before work, biked to and from the office and then boot camp tonight. rounded out the day with DD's kindergarten school end concert and got a sunburn at the food truck rally at work.

Forget 10 miles...I raced a one mile race last night! 6 minutes and 6ish seconds of fun and pain. Got caught just before the line and finished in 4th.

Had an all day meeting downtown so run commuted each way - just under 4k in each direction. Felt like fall!

Bike commute - cut 5 minutes off my regular time on the way there because I was late!
