Just got home after visiting a friend for a bit after the run. I enjoyed it but as posted the organization was a bit off. I was late starting (even with the late start :oops: ) as my pre run tummy was in full force. I have IBS and it is bad on race days. I was in the washroom line with a whole bunch...

I will look for that yellow hat:) mine is a black saucony (so is probably tons of others!) I am wearing my RR jacket (so are probably tons of others) but what does make me stand out a bit is I wear both a knee and ITBS strap on my left leg?

Yes I like to run - I do not have a schedule (although this is my next step) I have done several 5K runs/races and this Saturday will be my 3rd 10K race. I get the running urge now and again (like there is nothing I can do but get those shoes on and run because if not I will not feel satisfied) BUT ...

I'm doing the 10k zoo run so I'll keep an eye out. I often visit the zoo and thought it would be neat to run a race through it. From the course map, I gather that for portions we run along the path that the zoomobile takes which from what I recall is quite hilly. At least we don't have run up that ...
