Pulled the trigger for the 30K. Good prep for Florida marathon next month.
Thanks for the reminder Ron. I had this on my to-do list, but forgot about it

Paddles
Earlier this year I bought the Finis PT Swim paddles. Not sure they were really what I needed or what I need right now. :-? :-? So I am looking for a more traditional paddle. However, which one is the one? At the pool I see everyone with square ones (Speedo/Leader) but my local store only carries TY...

Somersault races
Anyone know if they hand out generic Somersault medals to their ironman/HIM finishers during their Canadian race weekend or do they have ones that note ironman/HIM finisher/ marathoner etc?
I've heard no matter the race - duathlon, triathlon, kids' fun run, you get the same generic medal.
Thanks

Finally he comes out of the closet! :YMAPPLAUSE: You don't do back-to-back runs on the weekend - one on trails - and then another run Monday night unless you're nuts. You're crazy, enjoy it. My mother used to make this all the time. If she screwed up it was like taffy. If she got it right, it was like fudge. Either way, it was fine by me
