I love this report congratulations on a great day and your podium finish

I would like to build upon my March numbers. However Apil is not the month to try too much, (kind of busy at work )so 15 runs and consistent kms would be fine.

My goal is to run 18 times. I have been running about very other day and it seems to be working, so I want to add a few more in this month. I got 15 runs in, which I am pleased with.
