I am very sorry to hear that you have plantar faciitis. I was very unlucky and acquired this rotten injury a couple years ago. It is a very slow to heal injury and you really need to rest it until it completely heals or it continues to get worse. (I learned this the hard way  ) I develop...

I usually think of a few different things:

1. zone out and enjoy my run - it seems to go really fast that way
2. plan out what I want to eat after
3. think about work and remember what I need to do the next day and prepare mentally for the day

Tanner looks like the avatar but he is older now. I couldn't get my pictures to shrink small enough, so I had to download one that looked like him. If I can get my picture to shrink, I have a great one of him on Halloween with with his bumblebee costume on with a stinger and antenna. He is a spoiled...

Got home from Toronto late last night, started to have a good sleep and woke up at 2am with really bad stomach cramps. I missed work today and have spent most of the day on the couch. This is not very fun. Hopefully tonight I can get off the couch and take the dog out, he keeps groaning at me ...

Yup, I pick the seeds off like grapes. When I watch tv, I will sit down with a pomegranate and pick away at it.

I have always taken off a small section of the peel, peeled back the white stuff and ate the seeds right off the pomegranate. Then when I was done put it back in the fridge. When I wanted more, I would start over on a different section of the pomegranate.

I was having major fatigue this summer, I was running quite a bit but I was even tired on nights where I didn't run. I could go to bed at 7pm and still be tired when I woke up. I started taking a vitamin B supplement (B1,2,6,12) and within a week there was a major difference in energy levels.

That is the most painful and annoying injury I have ever had. It took 2 years to get over it :x I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!

I finally fixed with with cold laser therapy and a massage stick called the stick that rubs out the fascia.
