I have a recent history or MRSA so any skin thing freaks me a bit.

The poll is not just for my blister but was wondering what others do with theirs.


For me, sterile needle, I drain it...and that's all. Works well for me.

I had salt deposits on my face after my long run yesterday and I wasn't sure if it was because I was taking in too much salt or not enough. I was recently told by my GP to cut my salt intake to control my blood pressure, but now...
