I have a recent history or MRSA so any skin thing freaks me a bit.
The poll is not just for my blister but was wondering what others do with theirs.
For me, sterile needle, I drain it...and that's all. Works well for me.

Thanks for bringing up this topic RA, I was also wondering about this. I had salt deposits on my face after my long run yesterday and I wasn't sure if it was because I was taking in too much salt or not enough. I was recently told by my GP to cut my salt intake to control my blood pressure, but now...

No real quantified goals. Get the runs in and get to know the local running group and start doing some track running
