Good luck to the Boston Maniacs!

3100m swim done this morning in almost exactly 60 minutes. This evening a gentle 45 minute recovery ride. Looks like it's going to be another great day - at least here in Ontario.

Cheers;

Great morning for a run. 12k in 1:12:xx this morning for my LSD. Legs were a little heavy from yesterday's long ride but after a couple of k they loosened up nicely. In the last month I have brought my pace at ~139BPM down from 6:00/k to 5:36/k - pretty happy with that.

Good luck to the racers!

Rest day today; last evening's recovery run was a very pleasant 8k in 45min. My HR stayed lower than usual so I think I'm seeing some result for the all the HR training I've been trying this past 6 weeks or so.

Have a good one all, and safe travels to the Boston Maniacs.

Last night I got my interviews done a little early and so hopped on an earlier flight from Montreal and made it home in time for an outdoor ride; 27km in about 50 minutes. I treated it kind of like a tempo type ride, especially into the wind. This morning I was up early to do the swim I didn't do ye...

Hill repeats done last night but it left me a little tired this morning so I postponed my 60 minute morning swim until tomorrow. I have a day trip to Montreal today; three interviews at the airport and then home again. I have an hour on the bike scheduled for tonight - hopefully I'm home early enoug...

That's insane... I rode up the Niagara Escarpment at Queenston Heights last Saturday and I thought that was hard... :shock:

Good luck!

HSBC Binbrook and/or Welland in June...?

Anyone racing in either of these tris in June? I'm registered for both and I am wondering if there are any Maniacs racing too.

Really enjoyed my 60 minute recovery ride last night before supper - I left work early to get it done in the sunshine; don't tell my boss.

Tonight I have a set of hill repeats on the agenda - I actually love doing hills so I'm looking forward to it. Have a good one all.

Was up very early this morning and got my 2500m swim done in a little under 50 minutes. This evening I have a 30 minute recovery ride scheduled - hoping to get it done outdoors.
