I trained using the 2:15 RR plan and had a goal to be under the 2:30 mark as per my original goal I never met a couple years ago. (I was sidelined pretty good for a while) Chip time ended up being 2:23:09 which is about 15 mins faster than my last PB back a couple years ago and way better than my 2...

Well done. Many things have to come together for the 'perfect' race; it happens, but rarely. So with each race you take what comes and do your best on that day. It seems that's what you did and good for you. Congrats.
