That being said, Mike, and others... I think you guys are overreacting to what went on today. This whole thing has gotten WAY blown out of proportion. No, I don't think that's true. 60 companies pay our company (i.e. me) to administer their systems. As a professional System Administrator, I think t...

Good ol' RR forum

Their uberadmin just invited everyone who is dissatisfied with them dragging their feet on the auto-logout issue "not to participate" in the forum. I'm thinking of PM'ing everyone on that thread who isn't already here to join this board. That really frosts my cake.

I would have to agree with the hydration theory - I have bounced between 170 and 180 within about 48 hours at least 4 or 5 times this month. Just dropped 10 pounds in 2 days yesterday in fact. What else could it be?

Eat nothing but the resultant paste from now on (buy more shoes, as necessary). This will enable you...

Are you doing the Collingwood 1/2 at the end of October? I was torn between this and Niagara, but I think I have decided to do Collingwood. It's close to home, so no hotel stay. I can sleep in my own bed. And a few friends are planning on doing it. Its always nice to see a friendly face at the end....

Ahhh...the guy is a company rep paid to attend these events. Call him a Pace Bunny - a very, very, verrry fast Pace Bunny. Probably if he knew anyone was having misgivings I bet he wouldn't even run the events.

Yup, I was really happy with my run today too. Beat my time goal with a very negative split - 26:05 / 23:10 - tasted my first dirt but kept running, won a nice sports bag, made a new friend. It's what running's all about. 8)
