Joanne, It was so nice meeting you at PEC. Thank you for your warm welcome. I wish I had seen you at 40k; that's when I needed it... (What the heck was I looking at, if not hoola-girl??) Sorry to hear about the osteo--not fair. Consider me to be one more shoulder whenever you need one. Love to run w...

Hi Nancy, It was so nice to meet someone else from Kanata, and the friend of a dear friend! I loved your report because clearly you overcame every obstacle thrown at you. What spirit!! Also, the caring of fellow RM shines through. I didn't know anything about RM before PEC. To me, it was simply a me...

You gotta tell me how you did it, the first time out, BQ et al ... :P Andy, remember, you're the guy who got me on track to run the full in the first place. You bet I'll be in f...

I did not make it through your report with dry eyes. What a beautiful tribute to your friend. I am losing my mom to colorectal cancer and I know how profoundly her friends' acts of kindness buoy her up. Way to go, Marg. Your run was way better than a PB. I hope we do cross paths in Ottawa, neighbour.

As your training partner, I know I’m in for it, because now you’re really hungry for that BQ. I think that’s probably a good thing for both of us. A little kick in t...
