The numbers seem to be within range for me. I'm 50 with a resting HR of 41. His formula has me at 130 for the aerobic limit. My LSD have been at the 128 range, although that the number for the middle part and I'm more in the low 120's for the first part. I don't really know if I'm not part of the no...
