After a weekend filled with trail running, I am heading to Yoga tonight -- my body will be pleased!

Trying to decide between Haliburton and Oil Creek for a 100-miler in the fall. Anyone who has done both and is able to provide feedback, it would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for comparisons on the level of technical trails, aid stations, atmosphere, logistics.

Back from 12 km on the trails -- VERY wet feet -- a nice run!

November is still a "recovery/maintenance" month -- training for my next 100 miler starts the last week of November, so I will be just North of 200 km.

There will be some swimming, some weight workouts and some exercise classes -- keeping it fun and diverse until the real work begins!!

Back from a VERY windy 10 km run this morning -- ran with a great bunch of people -- I really enjoy these Friday morning runs!!

I have a marathon at the beginning of the month, and the rest of the month will be recovery and just running for fun -- no structure!! Coach said "no more than 4 runs per week"...... There will be 3 swims per week, and I will be getting back to the gym to re-introduce a weight lifting/str...

I have a couple of interviews today (one of them being a second interview), and then a swim later tonight!!

Take care of that knee JB -- I know you KNOW, but sometimes we need to be TOLD -- so you've just been TOLD!!

No running for me today -- will hit a Yin Yoga class after work -- first, I am off to an interview though -- there are lots of these in my immediate future!

Swimming done this a.m. -- and giving the legs a rest from running!

Back from the Beat Beethoven 8 km -- was pacing a friend -- it was great to run into Nick and his wife!!
