6.5k out on the sunny roads this morning is done. 1st run in brand new NB1080's! Really sweet!

Squat morning at the gym... can't move... On the upside, hoping to break in a new pair of NB1080's this weekend!

A slow 7.5k & the legs are tired...

Spartan Race 5k, Ultimate XC, Montreal 21, St.Bruno 10k Trail, Lac Brome 10k, Asics XTrails Sutton ... all sold out really really early! I missed out on a few thinking I'll just register 4 weeks before! I remember the 1 & only time I ran Ottawa Half at NCM & I registered only after Montreal ...

Hehe, I like 'em! Pat's already talking about how he wants to make me a "real" bike (a road bike) so I'll keep 'em in mind! I would need some pink bar tape and saddle to match! Waitaminute!!! Should make a cyclocross bike... perhaps you might bike so much that you will bike through winter...
