LSD = long, slow distance
ITB = Iliotibial Band
ITBS = Iliotibial Band Syndrome
BQ = Boston Qualifier
PB = Personal Best (also PR for Personal Record)
HR = Heart Rate

The Moose is Loose is a fantastic half-marathon, which I really enjoyed running. The course starts at Hawerluk Park and goes half-way around the golf course before doubling back and then extending into the Whitemud Ravine. Most of the run is on wood chip trails, with a bit of dirt and pavement here ...
