another vote for running warehouse. i get them shipped to my hotel all the time - even when staying one night. hotel doesn't mind. and as dgrant mentioned you can usually find an online coupon for another 10% off.

I ran this morning for 40 mins on the tm with no foot pain. I'll see how the foot feels after today and decide if I will run on Sunday. that's good news - you're in. no ifs, ands, or buts. i'll be shuffling along with a head cold and shin splints. maybe, if a play my cards right, i m...

Re: Move it! It's Monday ....

I took yesterday off since we were getting back from a weekend away (No December streaking for me this year!), so I was anxious to get back to the roads this morning. I couldn't believe how warm it was! 5.5 km done with the stroller. C was so excited to go for an early morning run - it has been a f...

Re: Dodging puddles at the Tannenbaum 10k

congrats on the PR! windy and rainy aren't exactly ideal conditions. Neither is running in proximity to the leslie st spit  Don't sweat about 50m. 50m between friends is nothing. when the course is short by 400m, then there's an issue :D

Re: Running/Working out while sick - aid or hinder getting w

got a little bit of a sore throat and stuffy nose/sinus right now. ran easy yesterday and did a relatively short 8km tempo today. it was too nice here in GTA to not run outside. OTOH if i was hacking up a lung or had a fever there is no way i would run.
