Rest all day today. But tonight is the YMCA Coroporate Challenge relay and I will be runnign for my company "A" team. We usually do pretty well at this race but I hope to bring home some hardware tonight.
Have a great day everyone!

I have done PEC twice last year as the 3:30 pace bunny and the year prior to qualify for Boston in 3:15. It is a great course and the hills are nothing. I have done Niagra twice and I swear I will not do it again because of the race organization and that darn wind. The last 30k into a head wind does...

I did the old bike commute to work this morning but my legs were a bit dead from the bike ride home in the heat yesterday and then a few hour of work in the backyard getting it ready for summer fun (new patio and pool). have a great day and stay cool i...

YMCA Corporate Challenge Relay
Is anyone else in the Toronto area doing this race on Wednesday?
http://www.ymcatoronto.org/home.asp?load=26team
It is a really fun team race and unlike most races it is run in a relay fashion where each runner hands off to the next.
I will looking for any RM orange.

Glad to hear it all went well. I think it is safe to say we all get nervous walking into situations that we do not know what will happen. If we all remember that everyone feels the same way it will make it less stressfull. Great job going back for the other runner! You have made our Nation proud. Paul

I'm bib #2856 in the full marathon. I'm running under Lisa's name. I know that's a bit uncouth, but we're just not in a financial position to have me register knowing her bib will go unused... Does anyone know how you get bib numbers for people registered through the RR website? We registered my br...

Last year at Boston I saw a guy carried off the course 200m from the finish because he could not make it and guess what. No fishishers medal for him you get nothing if you cant make it more than 42 km. sorry to be a hard a$$ but the guy should learn how to read his body and the conditions of the day...
