Easy 8 km road run this morning.

Humid 10 km run into the office today. I wanted to get the run in before the heat, but the wife had an early physio appointment.

Bookended the weekend with a 15 km long run this evening after a 32 km long run Saturday morning. I thought it was going to be hot, but the shaded trails were perfect.

Rest day today, camping tonight, then a 32 km run tomorrow! I'll be in the Goderich area, and apparently there is a rail trail there. Hope it's a good one!

8 km on the roads this morning, with a nice downpour in the middle to keep things from getting too hot.

5 x 1 mile intervals this morning at the local high school track. It's definitely getting hotter!

Easy 8 km road run this morning. Temperatures are returning to normal this week, but it still feels good. No troubles recovering from my 55 km weekend, and looking ahead to mile intervals tomorrow.

I ran 25 km last night. No running today.

30 km trail run today, because I don't have time to do it tomorrow. I'm really starting to love this September weather.

Hope you had a good run this morning. My trail run today took me near the race course, and I even saw a couple of runners from a distance. I thought the trail was hilly, I can't imagine what the ski hills were like!

Hills today. 9 times! This is the last week of hill repeats in my current training. Next week: intervals!

I registered for the half. It's a local run for me, and I see the paraphernalia at all the local Waterloo Running Series events. Easy 8 km on a cool cloudy morning. My quads are still achy from the weekend, but felt a bit better after the run.

ENDURrun half marathon! I ran a personal best 1:41:47, which is insane considering that I ran 30 km of trails yesterday, and was planning for something closer to 1:50. The weather was perfect, and my body was up to the challenge.

Got crushed by some hills in the Blue Mountains this morning. I did my repeats, but the speed was nowhere near 10K pace.

7 x hills this morning. My pacing was faster than last week, and things are feeling great!

Another cool 8K run this morning. It's hard to get used to the weather, but it least it wasn't raining!

A marathon run on a 2.25 km loop? I think I'd lose my mind by the 15th lap or so.

I couldn't get enough trails yesterday, so I went for a 20 km run through the woods. I found another 2-3 km of trail that I hadn't yet explored.
