Louise and I did 40km on the bikes. Another beautiful day but a strong north wind kind of beat us back a bit.

An after work run, steady state 10 km in 49 minutes. The Weather Network says 23 C but it felt much warmer...........or it's just me.

My latest addition. A Frankenstein creation by Mark at Kunstadt. I won the frame at Stella and Bman's sweet 16 party last year and finally got it built. It is fixed gear all the way (no flip/flop hub), and light as air. Needs some adjusting and a different seat, but she is fun run to ride. Just saw...

A nice 25 km bike commute this morning. Came within two metres of a deer in the greenbelt; she just stood by the trail munching away. They're almost too tame around here!
