No running for me today. Just 90 min of cycling with 30 min of those being hill repeats.

So inspiring. Thanks for sharing.

Overcast and chilly this morning here. I have a 1900m swim to do after work and then a 90 min aero ride this evening.

What a huge PR!! you are amazing doing all that training with a jog stroller. Crazy! Your BQ is just around the corner.

That sounds like a great work out. I think I am going to steal that one. AGH!! I have 2400 m swim to do and a 75 min endurance run to do. BUT I really am tired and don't feel like doing anything. My knee and my shoulder both hurt. I am one big whiny baby. So I am not sure what I am going to do. Mayb...

Up early, at work drinking coffee. Later, 3000m swim and a 30 min run followed by a bike fit.

I have a tempo run to do today, as well. I am just not sure when I am going to fit it in.

I have been up since 2:30. I saw an amazing sunrise as I drove to work. My shoulder is still sore from swimming on Tuesday so today is going to be 2 hrs on the bike, after groceries and house stuff.

Ok I will add to this. 45 min Spinerval workout and then a 30 min run off the bike

It was nice that you saw your friend finish. Wow what a fantastic swim. I am jealous that you could complete the bike on that little bit of training.

50k recovery ride with lots of hills. A beautiful day for a ride. Now to take my children for haircuts and tonight Avengers!!

Just heading out for a 30k threshold ride. A little windy here is this should be interesting. I also need to find a spare tube before I leave or I will get a flat for sure.
