Alrighty...back to winter now... it's -14 with the wind chill here in balmy NOTL. I've head-faked my new running friend into a nice easy 10k today, by promising her hot chocolate when we finished. Hopefully there won't be any frozen digits.

I took a couple days off to try to recover fully from the cough/aches/etc., of the recent plague. I'll be doing an easy 8k tonight.

Body still aches. Nose is still running. I'm still coughing. But since I have the half-marathon in 2 weeks, I went for a 12k run today...anyway.... Perhaps not such a great decision.

Shorts and t-shirt! And after my 10k run -- kayaking!

If worse comes to worst, you can order a kilt for about $60 from sportkilt.com -- they are intended for running in, and they are comfortable. Just be sure to order at least a month ahead of time.

I just checked my credit card statement, and the credit card company re-charged me for the marathon costs. So they've rejected my contention that it was "goods not delivered as paid for". Did anyone else request a charge reversal? What happened? Double Bellybuster -- I think you did as well?
