Well, I was planning on an easy running this morning, but sleep got the better of me. It's so unlike me to not get up, so I figured that I must have been REALLY tired! I'm still fighting this cold, so I need all the sleep I can get (passed out on the couch during House last night...at 9:45). So, I W...

Registration is a one shot deal, so, we'll need all the Team Members and their registration specs, name, etc .... We'll need a Team Name: We'll need a Team Captain: This is a charity event, so do we want to raise money and/or seek donations, etc ??? I'm terrible with coming up with names. So...

Did a quick (for me!) 5K in the light rain this morning, which felt great. I actually saw three other runners out there, which was surprising! Now, I'm heading off to work - another busy day, I'm sure. Last night I had spinning, which was great - getting into some longer climbs in our Tour de France...

Tired getting out of bed today! No running on the schedule tonight, but I have my spinning class tonight after work. I'm usually really drained after work on Mondays, but hopefully I'll be able to find some energy reserves!

Just wondering, all you fellow sweet tooth maniacs, do you find it harder to cut back on the junk when people around you ie. partner, are still eating it? My DH has a major sweet tooth and doesn't gain a pound. If I decide not to buy stuff he'll run out to Tim's or local grocery store and p/u somet...

Well, after an uncharacteristically late night last night, I'm feeling a bit rough this morning. This afternoon I'm getting together with a friend, so my poor DH can get some work done with out m...

Good for you! It's been easier for me to avoid treats in years past, as we were in an apartment building and didn't have any trick-or-treaters. Now that we're in a house we'll have to bring some candy into the house for the neighbourhood kids.

A sleep in day over here too (I remember the days when getting up at 8:30 was early, not sleeping in!). My husband has 2 rugby games today, and since it's so cold out, I think I'll skip cheering. Planning to do some house stuff (still unpacking from our move). I'll probably head out for my long run ...
