My feet went back to the same that they were before. Mind you, I was already flat footed before - not like they had anywhere to go!

However, I had 2 pairs of runners before - I used to prefer my Nikes, and now I like my Asics.... hmmmmm

UGH! Well, I only gained 20lbs or so during pregnancy - but I was sadly overweight to begin with (darn quitting smoking!). So now I am 5lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight, and I am hoping that with all the hormonal stuff my body has been through in the past year and a half, it might be willing to let...

ooooh - what is this workout - sounds enticing, like something I could squeeze in while Miss M naps...

And bravo for kicking yourself in the butt and doing it!

I like the ergo for front carrying, but for back carrying, she is too squiggly - almost got out of it once or twice She prefers the mobility she has in the metal frame one (and I like the straps)

LOL ! Hmmm. Mine was a hand me down, so it is pretty old school (the tag is gone - it's bright blue and red though - you can still find them used sometimes for about 20 bucks!). The new ones seem to have more padding and are fancier, so they'd probably be even more comfortable - I wouldn't recommend...

Oh goodness yes - my last two have been HORRID. Thank goodness I use a divacup! This is TMI - TMI ALERT! but I was changing other things (pads, tampons) at least once an hour - at least with the Diva cup I got a good 6 hours before I needed to do anything :( Hope that for you, all returns to normal ...

UGH. I stopped nursing 2 months ago and mine haven't gotten any smaller at all (And I was huge to begin with). How long until the go down, pleeease give me hope!
