Spinning this morning, and heading out for a nice long walk (which will end at the wine store) to clear some of the cobwebs. My productivity meter is running past the empty mark... time to recharge the batteries.

Hi ho... 18 km this morning, and now it's off to work I go to get some much needed catching up done.

I have a hankering to do a 5k. Actually... I kind of want to do 2 5 k's. And just to make it a bit more difficult... I'm looking for two 5 k's at opposite ends of the country - June or July near Mississauga, and August in Vancouver.

Amazing tempo run before the rain started. Now it's time for brownies and wine - perfect Friday.

Tempo run and yoga tonight, which will be a reward for a long day of sitting and writing. Well, the cupcakes I plan on baking on a writing break may be the reward... but there will be running too.
