Too complicated. It's so easy to not eat too much and too eat well. The eating well part is easy enough... but not eating too much can be tricky, calories are hiding everywhere. Count calories on-line? I want to be able to record what I eat when I eat it, not when I'm at a computer. I have a simple system: I print off a strip of paper with boxes on it.
