I'm in for the 30k... never done ATB, goal is sub-2:40.

McMillan says 2:44, but I did the first 30k in this year's Toronto marathon in 2:39:36... before it took me to school. :lol:

Ugh... it was brutally cheesy. But.. you gotta remember it's for the masses Jono.. the hard-core Triathlete followers would have watched on-line.. Ratings, ratings.. But fromage is good... watching the Kona coverage years ago is what turned the light bulb on for me :D I guess it's a good infomercia...

The Muskoka 70.3 coverage was actually better, lower budget perhaps, but they actually covered what was going on in the race!

Too complicated. It's so easy to not eat too much and too eat well. The eating well part is easy enough... but not eating too much can be tricky, calories are hiding everywhere. A handful of something healthy-sounding like mixed nuts and bam, you're 250 calories over. Especially people who are just...

Count calories on-line? I want to be able to record what I eat when I eat it, not when I'm at a computer. I have a simple system: I print off a strip of paper with boxes on it.
