I agree with Size5. I personally don't have a coach (too bloody cheap :lol: ) but to maximize your potential you require a coach. Right now it is trial and error. KIND OF LIVING ON THE EDGE :roll:

I rolled my ankle running on the weekend in Kimberley. I was visiting some Hot Springs in the area. A slight moment of inattention and I almost did a face plant in the bushes. :oops: I am trying to stay off the foot.

I am not part of the RR cult. But I will continue to buy my shoes through them. I think they have done an excellent job of promoting running and fitness throughout Canada. I really couldn't care less about brand name ie Lulumon or RR. But, RUNNINGMANIA that is a different story. :lol:

It seems like Edmonton got all the snow. We had freezing rain in Wainwright but I still got my 10km run in. Now I am curling up in front of the TV to watch the Hockey Game.
