Rattlesnake Point ! I like the fact that they added this little 'hill' into the mix... if you start considering outside TO there are a lot more hills to run in the GTA... we could have a fun creating this list - any nominations? My local favs are any of the Bruce Trail loops around the hockley valley.

For longer runs of 3-4 hours how do you calculate the number of Gels required? For trial and error, I went for a longish trail run on the weekend (3:50) and used one at the end of each hour - its hard to tell if its appropriate as I'm obviously tired/exhausted but I guess I did finish... what do you...

I got the RS200 ( I think) about two years ago. It adds a footpod that attaches to the laces of your shoe. THe advantage is that it also gives you information on distance and speed/pace.
