Nice LSD with Louise, 30K @ 5:43/km, out past Stittsville and back. My first 30K run since May of last year. Feeling pretty good about that.

My first bike commute of the year; 23km one way.

Garmin Connect did a big update on April 5th. It's much improved for displaying and editing your data. If you tried it and didn't like it, it might be worth a second look.
