I got out this morning for 8K but with a humidex of 30 it was not fun!

Here's hoping he is selected by the team to ride in this year's Tour de France. I heard he wasn't picked last year.

He rode great today as well. For a while it looked like he might even have a stage win!

I hope Fabio got tested post race. That was an amazing, and somewhat surprising, turnaround for him.

Ryder is out of his league this year... and doesn't have a strong enough team around him. The individual time trial is tomorrow, will be interesting to see how he does vs the other GC guys, but I'm betting the answer is "not that great". Uran is definitely still in it - he should do well ...
