I LOVE my NAO (petzl) - not cheap, but a true gem -- might be a bit overkill for what you are looking for!! I like the long burn time, the brightness, and it is very comfortable....

Awesome job -- you clearly have some natural speed since you are able to run a strong half on relatively low mileage!

Hope you feel better soon Jesse --
RA - enjoy Ottawa....
I picked up my race kit, and got some errands done -- will be doing an easy 4 km a little later, then some kind of a "carb-loading" dinner, and early to bed! Tomorrow is Race Day!

`Tough as nails`, eh!! Well, I`m in good company!!!!
Well done -- sounds like a tough race, but you did it!! Awesome!! Hope to get a chance to run more km`s with you in your next training session -- would be great to see you in Hali (it`s on my radar for next year as well).

Good news: I paced my runner to 2nd place in her age category (40th overall, out of 178 starters and 88 finishers).
Bad news: I think I caught buckle fever.
Buckle fever is a GOOD thing -- go for it!!! Oh, and good job on the pacing!!

Sent off for the free sample menu, and it looks really yummy -- will likely try once we're back from vacation in a couple of weeks -- this could be a really good solution to the endless "What's for dinner" dilemma in our house!
