July - 87 miles (140k)

It would have been higher but I was tapering for the first 9 days!

110k for July.

Goal for August is 150! Let's see if I can do it now that I said I would!
I used to run. All the time.
Now? Notsomuch.
I'm still a runner, though.
Life is fluid and ever changing. I am too.

I haven't got a clue. I know since I started NCM training to now, I've gone 1180 something.

Since mid Feb to now. That's K's haha..I'm not about the high mileage, I'm more about the quality swift stuff...I only hit 105k in a week twice this year...Boston training will be different though...I'm hoping to base build up to about 180k a week. Seriously.

113K for me for July. Low because of injury recovery, but working back up nicely. :)

July was a really good month for me. 281 km for the month. I did not miss one day, and had some decent LSD's , like today's (36K). I am shooting for 400K a month so, I got some work ahead of me.

650K biking
72K running

Hoping get my running back in time for the Canadian Half IM-DU, in a months time, though my biking may be a bit down after K-Town ...

Take care and checking in with you all next month .... andy :) Peace !!!

I'm having trouble with my calf but managed 80km running, 128km on the bike and 4 hours in lifteing weights. My objective is a minimum 100km running a month, or a combonation of cycling & running where 4km cycling = 1 km running. This month the total was 80 + 128/4 = 112km.
Need to put in more time in the gym though........

July wasn't as good as June, but better than July of 2004!

Bike: 453km
Run: 88km
Swim: 4.85km
Elliptical: 14km
Strength: 1hr 45min

Early August will see some big biking mileage, but due to injury my running will probably go down. Plus, I'll be tapering the last two weeks of the month... yeah, yeah, excuses, excuses!

Stephan, I hope you don't get offended, but I think I have to echo those cautious sentiments. You're logging some mega-miles. If your body can take it, more power to you. Keep your eyes on your body's gauges and dials.

This was my biggest (running) month ever!
It is the beginning on my Marathon clinic program and it's going well.
I'm having fun, but that may change slightly as hill training starts this week.

Running- 193k
Weights- 4 hours
