** The kids will be with us - so, we (the kids and I) will do the 2k while Jacc is out doing the marathon - I think my Spring Marathon might be Lake Placid (if the whole weight loss thing is working!)

It's one week after Florida 70.3.
I will be training, long work-outs at that time. Maybe my coach will want me to run the 5 or the 10k, maybe the half but I am sure he doesn't want for the Marathon.

We should get some signals down, for mid-race. If I say carry me, it means just that, pick me up and carry me. Just for a while.
