but my 24 k is now done (TM running only) , and my second week of NCM marathon training is in the books

back from tri clinic swimming. 1000m. nearly drowned myself during the pull drills.

must fuel better next time - maybe a gel right at the start.

i think i have just done more activity in 36 hours than ever before.

We totally enjoyed running with you two too!!! Thanks, it was fun.

Just 12k for me with Strider, uRun2 and Ratherberunning. It was the longest run since Disney for me - feeling mostly better now, but still coughing at night. Soon, it will be ALL gone. Yeah!

It was one of longest run in a long time, I managed 26.8km but unfortunately I was under dress and that wind almost killed me....


Freeze my but on the way back, never again. Next time I'll make sure to bring an extra layer.

Overall it was a good run
I ran until my muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid. Then I ran some more...
