I had intervals on the schedule, but when the clock hit 1 last night and I was still up, I changed the alarm. I'm tired and cranky now. The clock hit 2 before I fell asleep.

I will do something at lunch today. Maybe not a run though. Not sure.

I hope it involves eating CAKE, opening presents and being adored!! Happy birthday!

W-W-W-Wednesday? That means strength training today! And I will get on the bike too, (spin class) for at least 45 minutes... :D

Had a good run/walk yesterday. About half of the 4.8K was spent running. I can really notice the extra weight I put on though, during my non-running months! Gotta get that under control!

Ang, cranky on your BD??? That's not a good scenario...hope things improve and you have a great birthdday. Maybe some wine instead of whine?

Group run in Kanata tonight followed by soccer at 9pm. Will get in some stretching during the day, in between conference calls.

Happy Birthday Ang! Hope your day improves and you have a great one :D

I was awake in the night too and couldn't get back to sleep. Sleepy eyes now.
Dropped my car off at the dealer this morning early, biked to work from there, will bike to an appointment at lunch time and back to get the car. There was frost on the bridge bike path so I was a little nervous - how much frost does it take to slip a bike?
-2 this morning but looks nice out now and supposed to go up to 9 degrees

Have a good day everyone :D

Fantastic run, really crisp morning and great company. Just what I needed at a cool relaxed pace (that I am really hoping I can hold for 42km).
This was my last run before Sunday. In the words of my hero Run26.2, almost time for the Big Show.

4km on the schedule tonight after I pick up DS for my mid-week visit. My arms are sufficiently shredded from last night's P90 workout!

Off to find some breakfast now. Happy Wednesday!

It'll be an easy run for me today. My ankle seems a bit off... I think I did something to it at soccer the other night. I think I need to start taping it for games again.

Go Get'em Marg

Feeling crappy for the last two days, so no running. Today was out for 9km in 45', felt great so put on my Vibrams and ran 2.5km - 15' on the soccer field with Strider. This was his 2nd 15' run.

Happy Birthday, Ang! It's already nearly noon where you are so if you haven't started on the birthday wine yet, now's the time! ;)

I have to go into work early this morning which means that I have to run in the dark tonight (icky). I might need an eggnog latte to get me through my day. ;)

Happy B-Day RA!

Wednesday means it's soccer night so the plan is to drop ds at practice and get in my run while he's on the field.
